Extinction of the General Inspection of Credit and Insurance

Decree-Law No. 301/75, of 20^th June, abolishes the General Inspection of Credit and Insurance, transferring to Banco de Portugal the powers that were incumbent on the Credit Inspection by law, with the services of the Insurance Inspection remaining part of the organic structure of the Ministry of Finance.
