Creation of the National Insurance Institute

By the Insurance Supervision in Portugal, the National Institute of Insurance is created by Decree-Law No. 11-B/76, of 13^th January, with the purpose of guiding and coordinating the development of all insurance and reinsurance activity and the definition of structural evolution plans.
