According to the offeror Ana Milreu: "This is the first year that CI-Comércio Indústria had a stand at FIL - Feira Internaconal de Lisboa, in 1968. Ana Milreu joined CI on 23 April and the FIL Fair took place in June (1968). Those who visited the stands were identified with this badge and it was normal to give passers-by, whether they were visiting the stand or not, an "advanced marketing" souvenir. Matchbooks were offered and the recipient was asked if he knew who was making the offer. In one of these contacts, the person questioned replied, with an enlightened air and looking at the souvenir, CI - Companhia Império, of course !"
