Historial

The National Foundation for Joy at Work (FNAT) was created on June 13, 1935, to create the infrastructure for the cultural, sports and recreational activities of workers and their families, with a view to "greater physical and moral development". The beneficiaries of FNAT were necessarily members of one of the elements of the embotivist organization of labor: a National Union, a sports group, and the Centers of Joy at Work (CATs) constituted the basic structures in the companies.
