Description

In the field, in the centre, on a blue background, the representation of the “Genius of Independence”, one of the figures of the Monument to the Restorers, situated in the square with the same name in Lisbon: a winged male figure, standing in gold, who raises with his right hand a broken chain and with his left hand holds a spear. On the white border, separated from the field by a smooth golden fence, the mention in the upper part of A NACIONAL and in the lower part, in two lines, 1906 / COMPANHIA DE SEGUROS.
