Auto insurance chapa, shield-shaped, with concave profile, with 3 holes for screw fixing to the front grille. In the center is a bipartite coat of arms, flanked on the left by olive leaves and on the right by a grapevine. Above, a phoenix was drawn and inscribed on two parchments, respectively, the designation Alliança Madeirense, and the year of foundation 1891, ending with the word Seguros. The entire border is delimited in golden color.
