Medal in circular format, with embossed decoration, commemorating the 50th Anniversary of Atlas – Insurance Company. OBVERSE: In the field, in the centre, inscription in two horizontal lines, with references to the age of the company: “50/ ANOS”, wrapped by a laurel wreath with the rods connected by a loop at the bottom and almost joined at the top. On the edge, separated from the field by a smooth enclosure, the legend “ATLAS – COMPANHIA DE SEGUROS” and, on the lower part, separated from the upper part by two roses, the inscription “1918 – 1968”. Smooth edge. REVERSE: In the field, the symbol of the Atlas Insurance Company: the armillary sphere, stamped with the cross of the Order of Christ and the inscription “ATLAS”, on a band, which crosses the sphere diagonally.
