Receipt printed and handwritten in black ink on paper, referring to a fire insurance. Issued in Lisbon, on September 12, 1922, by Companhia de Seguros Probidade. Corresponds to insurance policy 41471 subscribed by Helena Carvalho Oliveira. Through this receipt, the company acknowledged that it had received from the insured the total amount of 1$46 escudos, comprising 1$33 premium and $13 contribution. At the top of the receipt, in the center, it identifies the Insurance Company Probidade, a limited liability anonyma company, its capital of 600:000$00, and the headquarters (its property) at Rua Augusta 228 – 1º, in Lisbon – whose photo of the building displays in the upper left corner. Below, on the left side, a warning is given for condition 11 of the insurance policy transcribing it. In the upper right corner we find the company emblem, in a black rectangular background appear in white characters: Ciª de Seguros PROBIDADE, Lisbon 1881. Below is the telephone number 1995. In the lower right corner there is a beige tax stamp, in the value of 0$01, on which is the date and signature of two directors.
