Through this receipt the company acknowledged having received from the insured the total amount of 1$333 reis. At the top, in the center, the Insurance Company is identified and above it its symbol: the dog. Still in the upper left part of the field for receipt number (not registered), the white seal (barely noticeable), and in the opposite corner the reference to the first year and first season. Below, on the left side, in the left side cut zone, it is illustrated by a figure with the initials C. de S. F.. The receipt is identified as a premium on the bottom left, and is still signed by two directors: Jose Antonio Serzedello e J. R. Tarujo dos Santos.
