Policy no. 56.288 of the Segurança Company, dated April 21, 1921, in which the policyholder is Miguel Maria Barbedo Pinto. The present contract is a fire insurance policy. The risk is in the municipality of Sinfães and concerns nine houses all identified in the document by their names and values. The insured capital totals 2.800$00 (escudos). The fixed annual premium is 6$93 (escudos). At the top of the first page, this policy displays the symbol. A generous anchor with the designation COMPANHIA / SEGURANÇA fixed in a column that at the bottom displays the name of the city PORTO. All wrapped around an oval hoop with the words FUNDADA EM 1835. The insurer announces a capital stock of 1.000:000$00 (contos), said realised 50:000$00 (contos). This is a draft of Fire Insurance (10041). The single sheet was printed in the typography “Victória” Costa & Ferreira Lda – Porto. On the first page are visible two tax stamps, top left. On the reverse side is visible the signature of the Insured.
